A barren rock that causes awe, surprise and emotion to the visitor, while the ship enters the port. An ideal setting for the 1991 Oscar-winning film "Mediterraneo", an inspiration for David Gilmor, Pink Floyd guitarist (honorary citizen of Kastellorizo since 2008), to include the song "Kastellorizon" on his solo album "Onanisland" and a natural studio for the sculptor Alexandros Zygouris who gives shape to the rocks of the island.

Come here where time stopped, wander the alleys, climb the "Paleokastro", the ancient citadel with carved tanks, ancient presses and dozens of Byzantine chapels. Relax by the sea and enjoy traditional delicacies with the turtles of the island. Close your eyes and live the dream.
